Location: is in 23507 which is the best living area in Norfolk. 103 Westover Avenue is 0.7 miles from the Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS), Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, and Children's Hospital for King's Daughters (CHKD) area. It is... next door to Harrison Opera House and the Chrysler Museum of Art, and a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter, and to Maury High school which is ranked at the top in Norfolk Public schools. It is also in walking distance to dining and shopping on Colley Avenue. This location is at the center of all cities in Hampton Roads.
2. Community: It is a gated community, built in 1990 (many Norfolk communities are much older), and it has a very active HOA that maintains the community and grounds well. It has a swimming pool, club house, gym, and tennis court.
3. Condo: The condo is 1026 sf, with two large bedrooms, each with 2 large windows, and attached full bathrooms. For maximum privacy, these bedrooms are situated on opposite ends of the home, fully separated by a central hallway. The hallway connects the front door to the living room, bedrooms, and a closet with full-size side by side washer/ dryer. The floorplan is attached in photos. The living room is central, with a fireplace, space for 2 sofas, and hook up for a TV above the fireplace. There is a separate formal dining room, which can be used as a study or a third bedroom. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, and includes a wine refrigerator. Hardwood floors in hall/kitchen; professionally cleaned carpets in rooms. Freshly painted throughout in 2025. Enjoy reliable comfort year-round with a recently installed central healing and AC system.
4. Balcony: The living room connects to the balcony via a French door. The balcony accommodates two chairs and a coffee table, it overlooks a green area and the museum
5. Parking: TWO parking spaces are reserved for you inside the community. Very few apartments here have two paking spaces. Several other parking spaces are reserved for guests inside the community. Street parking just outside the community is also available.
6. Second floor: This condo is ideally on the second floor - it is quiet and safe, and its. You have to climb a very short flight of stairs. Less traffic than first floor condos and fewer steps to go up to the third floor condos.
7. Community features a pool, clubhouse, fitness room, and tennis court. Renters have full access to these. Monthly fee ($428) paid by the owner covers water, trash, gated entry, and amenities.
