APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (HOW TO APPLY): Visit our company website at Click on Rental Search and click on the property you want to apply for, then click on APPLY NOW. Ensure that you have all the required documents to complete the application (your most recent 6 weeks of paystub for all income sources, any award letter for Social Security, disability or retirement income, Government Issued IDs for all adults, most recent orders if military).
UPON APPROVAL: A full month's rent and security deposit must be paid with certified funds to our office within 48 hours of approval.
MILITARY APPLICANTS Please upload a copy of your most current orders with your application. Your PRD must be at least 12 months after your lease start date.
