We are going on 4 years now and we love it here. Quiet neighborhood. Maintenance and office staff are always available and helpful with any questions or minor issues that arise.

It's a really quite neighborhood. Everyone is nice here never had a issue with any residents. The maintenance staff is awesome and so are all the office staff

This is a great place to live. When we've needed any maintenance, and that's been very little, the guys are here right away. The location of Bondale is perfect for us. Anything we want to do or go to, is 15-20 minutes away. The area is usually very quiet at night. Our neighbors are good also. People are generally friendly here. We came from Illinois, and are happy to be here at Bondale.

I have nothing bad to say about the neighborhood or the staff everyone is super friendly, it's a quiet neighborhood, the maintenance is on point, and the office staff is amazing
