Edgewater 1/2 Mile from ODU

This is a single family home in Edgewater - 1/2 mile north of ODU campus. Students can walk or ride bike to campus.

The home is furnished LR, DR and BR (queen beds). The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, flatware, plates etc.

New... appliances, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator.

Tenant is responsible for 1/4 of monthly utilities. Utility cost per tenant is capped at $150.00 per month - anything over $150.00 is subsidized by the landlord.

There are four bedrooms with two rooms coming available; The smaller room downstairs ($595.00) is coming available August 15.

The upstairs is a large room with its own bathroom ($795). This occupant has the upstairs floor to themselves.

This is a quiet area to the North of campus and has the lowest crime rate in Norfolk.

"Off street” and "on street” parking is available. The property is outside of the decal parking area.

Prefer mature graduate students - undergrads considered. There is a history of renting to foreign students. Looking for serious students only who are respectful of the property and roommates.
