BRAND NEW FACILITIESEnjoy a state-of-the-art... facility, with important amenities such as privacy, security, hygiene and kitchen facilities. All our rooms come fully furnished and include even a mini refrigerator for each resident. We provide professional cleaning of the restrooms and common spaces three times a week. Extra daily sanitization of all commonly touched surfaces etc. and cleaning products for resident use. Cleanliness and hygiene are a priority for us!
COVID-19 NOTICE : Whereas the Globe has always focused on hygiene and cleanliness and providing a safe and healthy space for residents. During this time management are making even more efforts to keep the space safe for all with additional professional cleaning and other measures. All residents are expected to follow the guidelines for personal hygiene and safety measures that we have in place for the house. Non compliance could result in the lease being terminated or additional penalties.
COMPETITIVE RATESWith many rooms and layouts available, find the most affordable rental rates and comprehensive fixed utility rate ( $90 a month utility fee is included in our rent price) year round, in the ODU Campus area. Our utility fee covers Electricity, Water, Trash, Internet and Laundry access ( washer/dryer).
