Located on the corner of 40th St and Elkhorn Ave. Shared areas are already... furnished and I can help with bedroom furnishing if needed. No pets and no smoking of any kind, please. I'm clean, respectful and will be a senior at ODU. Rent includes utilities and internet. Plenty of street parking since house in on a corner. Fenced backyard with small deck. Bike rack installed in backyard.
