I love the proximity of this apartment to work and downtown Norfolk, there is an amazing pool, gym, shared clubhouse space, pool table, and study rooms, & there is not a noise problem that I have experienced in my apartment on the second floor, which has a great view of the pool as well. The garage being within the apartment complex is definitely an added perk! I would highly recommend this apartment to any person looking for a wonderful place to live in Norfolk.

Fabulous place to live
The Point has been nothing short of amazing since I moved in a month ago. The ladies in the leasing office are beyond helpful, knowledgable, and friendly and have made my move so wonderful! The location is great for commuting to both Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, and it's right near the heart of Ghent. The hallways are consistently cleaned and maintained, and I've not had one bad experience with cleanliness. They have a trash service which collects your trash right outside the door of your apartment, and the package concierge system is both convenient and secure. Not to mention the amenities; the pool, 24/7 gym, office rooms, pet-spa, and beautiful downstairs common rooms available for use/to book out! The parking garage is great as well. The residents are friendly, helpful, and willing to lend a hand. Overall, this is a fabulous community of people and a great place to live I cannot recommend it enough.

Best Apartment EVER
I love my apartment. The staff is amazing & kind. Maintenance is very fast & efficient. Neighbors are nice & courteous, i love that. GREAT amenities. This complex is a 10/10

Apartments are very nice. The staff is great. They offer a game room, workout room, study area, bar area, pool, etc.
Apartments are in a great location as well with many food spots available within a 5 min drive or 15 min walk. Very close to campus for the college students. I would recommend this place to another person.
